REQUEST A CALLBACK
The following will be required from all teams entering the tournament:
All players must be 15 and over; there is no maximum age limit.
Each team must have a designated coach, or a designated main point of contact.
A team photo will be required.
Individual photos of each squad member will be required.
A brief biography on each player with a maximum 100 words.
All teams must comply with the following kit requirements:
All teams must wear unique matching shirts, shorts and socks of a football design, available in both home and away colours.
All players must wear appropriate footwear.
This is a sporting activity and injuries could happen. Participation in the events and attendance will be at your own risk. Each player or player guardian, manager and coach will be required to sign an injuries disclaimer before competition starts.
There will be no refunds after a team is entered.
All players, managers and coaches and parents will be subject to the rules and regulations of the events.
Upon completions of the application you will need read and acknowledge the full terms and conditions that will be sent to you.
YOUR DETAILS WILL BE KEPT PRIVATE AND NOT SOLD OR SHARED WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OF IN ONE PLACE, THE FOOTBALL 7s OR RELEVANT PARTNERS.
