The opening statement of the Nuernberg Military Trials heard Brigadier General Telford Taylor, from the prosecution, state “A nation which deliberately infects itself with poison will inevitably sicken and die. These defendants and others turned Germany into an infernal combination of a lunatic asylum and a charnel house. Neither science, nor industry, nor the arts could flourish in such a foul medium” (Military Tribunals, p. 29). The Nuernberg Military Trials focused on overwhelming evidence of fatal medical experiments which were conducted ‘in the name of science’ but without the consent of the person(s) being experimented on.
Before relating this trial to current events, let’s pull some of the main points from the medical experiments which lead to “the general decline of German medical conduct and the poisoning of German medical ethics” (Military Tribunals, p. 61). The mentality behind the harmful experiments on human beings included a so-called desperate need to gain medical information/knowledge as well as ridding society of individuals deemed as a burden on the State. Full control of the entire medical system was required to achieve this by means that the “Nazi State demanded fundamental subordination of all principles of medicine” (Military Tribunals, p. 58). This was done by the Third Reich completely restructuring the professional medical societies and included pressurizing “physicians to join and take part in various party organizations, such as the SA and SS” (Military Tribunals, p. 59). The SS (Schutzstaffel), and the SA (Strumabteilung), were both major paramilitary organizations under the Nazi Party. They promoted the belief that medical experiments are “useful in furthering medical science” (Military Tribunals Vol.2, p. 61) and demoted medical ethics. Dr. Arthur Guett, who became the Nazi Director of Public Health in 1933, stated that “the life of an individual has meaning only in the light of that ultimate aim, that is, in the light of his meaning to his family and to his national state” (Military Tribunals, p. 58). Under Dr. Guett, Frick completed his reorganization of the police, public health, welfare administration and social services in 1936. This reorganisation enabled the “state to grant life and livelihood only to the healthy and hereditarily sound portion of the people in order to secure the maintenance of a hereditarily sound and racially pure folk for all eternity” (Military Tribunals, p. 58). The blatant lack of ethical and moral conduct resulted in the Tribunal judges charging 15 defendants with Crimes Against Humanity, “namely murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhumane acts committed against any civil population (Military Tribunals, p. XII).
From a closing statement in the Nuernberg Military Trials, it is clear that many surgeons ditched their morals, becoming convinced that the gain in revolutionary information would “save American medicine years of research” (Military Tribunals Vol.2, p. 66). The research experiments targeted the populace, in particular those which they deemed ‘useless-eaters’ of the State, those who were a burden on society, and war criminals. “Between September 1939 and April 1945… hundreds of thousands of human beings… [were executed. They targeted] the aged, insane, incurably ill, deformed children… [who were] regarded as ‘useless eaters’ and a burden to the German war machine. The relatives of these victims were informed that they died from natural causes, such as heart failure.” (Military Tribunals, p. 15).
“Plans for carrying out these experiments were developed at a conference late in 1941, or early in 1942” (Military Tribunals, p. 39). The medical trials included High-Altitude Experiments “to investigate the limits of human endurance and existence at extremely high altitudes. These experiments were carried out in a low-pressure chamber in which the atmospheric conditions and pressures prevailing at high altitude (up to 68,000 feet) could be duplicated… Many victims died as a result of these experiments” (Military Tribunals, p. 11). Freezing experiments, bone transplants, sea-water intake, and mustard gas exposure experiments were also fatal. But what is most relatable to our current society are the vaccine experiments. “From about February 1942 to about April 1945 experiments were conducted at the Dachau concentration camp in order to investigate immunization for and treatment of malaria. Healthy concentration-camp inmates were infected by mosquitoes or by injections of extracts of the mucous glands of mosquitoes. After having contracted malaria the subjects were treated with various drugs to test their relative efficacy… Many of the victims died and others suffered severe pain and permanent disability” (Military Tribunals, p. 12).
“In nearly all countries experiments have been performed on human beings under conditions which entirely exclude volunteering in a legal sense” (Military Tribunals Vol.2, p. 73). Brack suggested a method of sterilization using X-rays, which could be conducted without a need for consent because it would happen without the individual’s knowledge. He suggested activating X-rays, mounted behind a counter, and request people line up to fill out a form. By the time the form was filled out, the X-rays would have sterilized up to 150 to 200 persons a day (Military Tribunals, p. 49). Another successful sterilization experiment was injecting caladium seguinum, which is currently used as a homeopathic remedy to treat male impotency and loss of sexual desire. So the Nuernberg Military Trials tell us that experiments were done on the non-consenting as well as on the unknowledgeable.
This type of experimentation isn’t limited to history. Tina Brooker, in her article ‘When is a Vaccine not a Vaccine’, explains that the “mRNA ’vaccines’ created by Moderna and Pfizer are in fact gene therapies… Moderna and Pfizer both admit that their clinical trials didn’t look at immunity… [and] they do not inhibit transmissibility of SARS-CoV-2 infection”. Brooker also states that “mRNA ‘vaccines’ do not meet the medical and/or legal definition of a vaccine” and marketing them as such violates the law. But the media and medical staff continue to spread false information about the safety of the mRNA ‘vaccines’ and imply they do inhibit infection. Gene therapies are still classed as experimental although once a ‘State of Emergency’ is declared, the manufacturers of the gene therapies receive liability insulation, meaning that they cannot be sued for compensation due to any after effects. In effect, these experimental gene therapies are being tested on the public, and the media have been promoting the tests. Are these experiments and all the government guidelines, such as lockdowns, effectively Crimes Against Humanity?
The Nuernberg Military Trials medical “experiments were not isolated and casual acts of individual doctors and scientists working solely on their own responsibility, but were the product of coordinated policy-making and planning at high governmental, military, and Nazi Party levels, conducted as an integral part of the total war effort. They were ordered, sanctioned, permitted, or approved by persons in positions of authority who under all principles of law were under the duty to know about these things and to take steps to terminate or prevent them” (Military Tribunals Vol.2, p. 181). “None of the victims of the atrocities perpetrated by these defendants were volunteers, and this is true regardless of what these unfortunate people may have said or signed before their tortures began” (Military Tribunals, p. 70).
The Medical Trials’ outcome was that “voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential… [and the subject must have] an understanding and enlightened decision” (Military Tribunals Vol.2, p. 181). The consent factor was followed by how the purpose, duration, and nature of the experiment must be known, as well as the hazards to be expected and possible health effects that will come from the experiment. Without this information, those administering gene therapies under the label ‘vaccines’, as well as all those above them are potentially committing Crimes Against Humanity.
In recent times we have a similar indictment associated with Crimes Against Humanity, served on November 15th 2020, with judges from Canada, India, UK, Australia, USA, and Uruguay. The defendants were accused of planning, instigating, publishing false information, and unjust enrichment from Coronavirus or COVID-19 social control methods, and vaccinations (Exopolitics, p. 10). The list of defendants is large and includes numerous media (social and television), newspapers, movie producers, COVID vaccination programs, COVID-19/21 social and health care, pharmaceutical companies, health authorities, government agencies, etc (Exopolitics, p. 14). The final judgement and verdict “according to its Authority and Powers under the Natural and Common Law and in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the International Criminal Code” (Final Judgement, p. 2) calls for several life imprisonments without parole, several 10-year imprisonments, and the seizure of financial assets of those convicted. The Tribunal orders “emergency injunctions to ban any and all allopathic vaccinations…, genocidal pandemic social control methods like mandatory lockdowns, maskings, quarantines” (Final Judgement, p. 2). There are 118 nations under the International Criminal Code that can enforce the final judgements.
The closing statement in the Nuernberg Military Trials brought attention to the great law of defence, in English common and American law, as stated by Wharton, paragraph 613 in ‘Criminal Law’, authorizes “every individual to ward off injury from himself or another person with all necessary means at his command. From this point of view too, the struggle against criminal government threatening the peace of the world, preparing aggressive wars, ready without any purpose or need to plunge the whole world into immeasurable misery from sheer striving for power… struggle and resistance against such a government and such guidance are lawful and permissible” (Military Tribunals Vol.2, p. 15). For this reason, it is important for all citizens of the 118 nations to inform those still administering COVID Vaccinations and or Social measures that they are to cease and desist. We learned many lessons from the devastation detailed in the Nuernberg Military Trials. Mr. Justice Jackson said “the wrongs which we seek to condemn and punish have been so calculated, so malignant, and so devastating, that civilization cannot tolerate their being ignored because it cannot survive their being repeated” (qtd. (Military Tribunals, p. 28). It is now up to the people to distribute the enforcement documents and stop current trials.
