This workshop is aimed primarily at those working as coaches, trainers and skilled helpers.
This 2 hour introduction workshop is an opportunity to see how Mindfulness can aid you not only in your work practices but also in your life. We are constantly growing and evolving, whether we are aware or not. Mindfulness brings awareness to the self. The power and self mastery that is to be gained within the term and practice of ‘know thyself’ is immense.
In this workshop you will gain an understanding around the history of Mindfulness, where the ancient meets the modern. You will experience some mindfulness exercises that will encourage a deeper understanding of how Mindfulness actually works in your life. You may also identify how much of a mindful life you actually lead, or whether you are going through your life on auto pilot.
This was a one off workshop that was interactive and fun, encouraging you to think outside of the box and the idea that mindfulness is about meditation and breathwork. That being said the power of breathing is never to be underestimated if you wish to live
